Four Week Diploma Course
Belle Isle's acclaimed four-week course is designed for anyone who is thinking of a culinary career or simply passionate about cooking. Students enhance their repertoire and are encouraged to develop their own personal style, and graduates are introduced to companies that are looking to recruit. Accommodation is provided in Belle Isle’s Courtyard Apartments. Early booking is strongly advised as the course is limited to 14 students.
Weekend courses
These popular two- and three-day courses guide students through simple and challenging recipes for family dining or entertaining friends. They are ideal for people who like to cook and want to be inspired by new recipes, techniques, and presentation ideas. Courses cover a variety of topics and include bread making, starters, main courses, and desserts. Rates include accommodation, lunch and dinner.
one day Courses
One-day courses cover a large number of recipes in a hands-on, friendly environment that puts students of all skill levels at ease. Topics range from simple 20-minute suppers to a complete dinner party from scratch, with emphasis throughout on seasonal ingredients. Lunch with a glass of wine is included but not accommodation.
evening demonstrations
At 7pm during the week, chef Naseem Booth gives two-hour demonstrations for Belle Isle guests and people in the community who wish to be entertained and inspired. Demonstrations are £30 and include a glass of wine, tastings of the prepared recipes, and a copy of the recipes. Accommodation is not included, and pre-booking is required.
