Each of these splendid meeting rooms, like the hotel's bedrooms, is individually decorated with great style and together they provide inspirational environments for any number of events, from interviews and other one-to-one meetings to sales conferences and annual general meetings, for a maximum number of 100 delegates. All of the meeting rooms offer complimentary use of WiFi. The Castle also provides the perfect location for team building activities and corporate incentives. You might like to have a look at the wine tasting package or the chocolate event (an absolute must for chocolate lovers), Christmas parties, paintballing on The Quantock Hills or horse riding through Exmoor's legendary Doone Valley.
Taunton is surrounded by the most beautiful Somerset countryside, much of it ideal for outdoor team building exercises. The Quantock Hills, The Blackdown Hills and Exmoor are within a short drive, as are the Somerset Levels. There is, therefore, a host of team building events that can be organized for you, including: clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, horse riding and a selection of action-packed challenges. Then there are the activities within the hotel, e.g. wine tasting and the hotel's Chocolate Experience. The Castle Hotel is located very close to the Somerset County Cricket Club, so if you follow cricket and you’d like to combine a business event with a few hours’ team building watching a top class match, then there’s nowhere better than The Castle Hotel.
