The castle's seventeen bedrooms are all individual in style, decoration and theme and all enjoy an aspect of the stunning mountain scenery, golf course or surrounding lawns.
All of the bedrooms are located throughout the castle in the original Hunting Lodge, Tower, Victorian and Edwardian wings. Each bedroom is named after a family, who has been an important part of Dalmunzie's history over the last 500 years.
The bedrooms are designed to reflect Dalmunzie’s original purpose as a relaxing retreat for the Laird and his family in this beautiful part of Scotland. All bedrooms are highly individual, quirky, full of character and antiques.
If you prefer modern rectangular 'box' bedrooms and facilities usually associated with modern chain hotel groups, then we acknowledge Dalmunzie may not be for you...
If on the other hand you enjoy bedrooms with real charm, eccentric appeal, and a history that reflects an old home, then we feel sure you will enjoy Dalmunzie.
The bedroom tiers are Tower, 4-Poster and Dalmunzie, with details of each tier and individual bedrooms found on the bedroom sub-pages.
There is a twin annex room, Ramsay, which interconnects with the Tower bedroom, Birkmyre, making it ideal for families. The Dalmunzie bedroom, MacThomas, has a separate sitting room, which can make it a family room for 'small' children if required.
