Castle Dining Room
For functions at the castle, the elegant Dining Room will play host to a fanfare of culinary delights.
With its old world grandeur and romantic atmosphere, the castle provides a formal and elegant setting for those looking for a special and enjoyable dining experience, whether that's afternoon tea or a splendid six-course dinner. The team of chefs create menus that reflect the market, the gardens, the sea and the season. Only the finest quality meats, fish and vegetables are combined to create exquisite dishes to satisfy every taste.
Dinner at the castle is an elegant and often romantic affair. Begin the evening with a pre-dinner drink in the Fountain Garden or in the Drawing Room. And then enjoy the sumptuous á la carte or tasting menu by candlelight in the Dining Room and Gallery. If you're looking for something more intimate and romantic, you can be served privately in the hand-painted Blue Room.
Every morning classic Irish breakfasts, with a twist, are served until late, deliciously late.
Please note that dinner will be served in Snaffles Restaurant for both castle and lodge residents, other than those attending a function.
Treatment Rooms
The spa features seven treatment rooms, two Victorian steam boxes, a relaxation area and hot tubs overlooking the stables.

The Eagle's Nest is located at one of the highest points of the house. This spacious and intimate room is perfect for couples.
