Prices are in £'s sterling per week, inclusive of VAT @ the standard rate.
Hire period is from 4.30pm on Saturday until 10.00am the following Saturday.

NOTES
1. Some weekends may be available at 50% of the equivalent weekly charge for that month. These can only be booked within one month of the start of the holiday.
2. 33% of full cost to be paid as a non-returnable deposit on booking. Balance to be paid in full at least one month before the start of the holiday.
3. A security bond of £250 is payable, along with the balance of the rental payment, to cover any damages or breakages. This is refundable (less any deductions) within ten days of the end of the holiday period.
4. No pets are allowed.
5. Stays for 9-10 people wil be charged an additional 50 pounds
for use of the extra room.
