The Winery Wedding Package

“Le Cuvage” (the Winery) and “La Salle des Tonneaux” (the Cellar) are ideal rooms in which to dine and dance the night away. You will enjoy a wedding cocktail, followed by a gourmet dinner and music entertainment.

The Winery can accommodate up to 140 guests for a seated dinner. The Cellar, the Château’s extensive wine cellar, located beneath the Winery and entirely made with “Golden Stone”, allows you and your guests to enjoy music and dancing until the early hours (until 3 am).

Winery Wedding Package rates are:

8 000 € VAT incl. in January, February, March,
November and December
9 500 € VAT incl. in April and October
13 000 € VAT incl. from May to September

These rates are inclusive of:

-The hiring of  the Winery and the Cellar,
-The decorative candles in both function rooms,
-The installation of the dance floor in the Cellar,
-The rental of the adjoining seven bedrooms and one Suite to the Winery for one night.

Please be informed that all other services are extra expenses (menus, beverages, flower decoration, etc) and must be booked through the Property referenced external suppliers list.

While selecting this package, you may book up to four extras rooms/suites at the rack published rates. Should you like to book more than a total of twelve rooms/suites, the Management of the Chateau de Bagnols is reserving the right to apply the Property’s exclusive use rates.

PRIVATE DINING ROOMS

Le Cuvage (or Winery)
‘Cuvage’ is the Beaujolais term denoting the huge room containing ancient wine presses where formerly the wine was made. Le Cuvage can accommodate 20 to 140 people for a dinner and up to 180 people for cocktails. Its decoration is typical for the region, with its majestic fireplace and its wine presses dating from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.

La Salle des Tonneaux (or Cellar)
When you enter this impressive wine cellar, with its rows of wine barrels dating from the 19th century, you are seized with emotion. It is an ideal place for cocktails, wine-tasting or aperitifs before dinner for 20 to 100 people.

Le Salon Musique (or Music Room)
This exceptional wood-panelled room boasts a magnificent fireplace and has large windows opening out on to the moat. It can accommodate up to 20 people. In winter, the fire will be lit throughout your dinner.

Le Salon Empire (or Empire Room)
Situated on the ground floor in the Renaissance courtyard, this room with its fireplace and listed Empire wallpaper dating from the 18th century, can accommodate up to 20 people.

Le Salon Prive (or Dungeon Room)
With a capacity of up to 15 people, this room is entirely decorated with sumptuous painted wood panels.
