Here at Celtic Castles we have a wide range of properties with family castle accommodation offering that little something extra to make your family stay both special and memorable.

How could your children resist the opportunity to live like Harry Potter for a night? They could explore the castle grounds, get lost in a maze or, for those rainy days, enjoy inside play areas and even a cinema! These are just some of the many additional features which some of the castles offer.

In terms of family accommodation, many of the castles have either specially designed family rooms or can add extra beds to Mum and Dad's room. If you have older children who are brave enough to sleep alone, there are also interconnecting rooms.

The château welcomes children of all ages and can offer 4 interconnecting rooms. The château can also provide extra beds in the Suites at a rate of 105 euros per extra bed. There is a children's menu available from 30 euros per child.

The château has its own pool and, locally, there is mountain biking, horse riding and also volcano sites to explore.

The château happily accepts families and has a swimming pool, animals and toys for children.

Château des Briottières	None
Children are welcome to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, the outdoor tennis court, bicycles, billiards, ping-pong table, badminton, trampoline, archery, children’s games and a pony club.

The château is set within a 7-hectare park for children to explore.

Coombe Abbey	None
Although Coombe Abbey does not have any children's facilities, it welcomes families to stay at the castle.
Corsewall Lighthouse	None
Children under 5 stay free, children between the ages of 5 - 12 years are charged at half the adult rate, when sharing their parents' bedroom. The lighthouse is an exciting property for and children to explore and are more than welcome to come and visit!

There are gardens at the front and rear of the house for children to enjoy and, when accompanied by an adult, children can also use the hotel's recreational facilities.

The castle's huge garden has swings and a slide to keep children entertained, there's also a secret room inside! This room will delight and surprise with its small movie theater, complete with original cinema seats, refreshments and remote control lighting.

Inverlochy Castle	None
There are plenty of fantastic activities available in the castle to keep children very occupied, and the castle is also close to Fort William which offers many activities for children and families. Child care facilities are available at all times, and also, a fantastic children's menu is served. Children to be kept from Great Hall and Drawing Room after 6pm.
