The castle hotel's principal rooms are exceptionally spacious with a grand hall, drawing room, panelled dining room, library, billiards room and sitting room together with a conference and business suite. The view from these beautifully decorated rooms are matched only by those from the luxurious bedrooms, each of which has its own individual bathroom.

Amhuinnsuidhe Castle is fully staffed and all meals are provided including full Scottish breakfast, buffet or picnic lunch, afternoon tea and four-course dinner.

The 12 individually designed bedrooms can accommodate 20 persons and each bedroom has its own private bathroom and direct dial telephones.
