Conference Facilities

At Auchen Castle Hotel, the following function suites are available for hire and are ideal for conference and/or business events.

• The Drawing Room
  The Drawing Room has natural daylight and looks onto the gardens of the hotel. The room can be opened into two rooms with the adjoining Morland Suite to make a meeting room and adjacent syndicate room.


• The Morland Room
  The Morland Room features Victorian panelling and is slightly smaller than the Drawing Room. Also located on the ground floor, the room has natural light and views onto the terraced gardens. The room can be opened into two rooms with the adjoining Drawing Room, which can be set up for your private dining function, complete with private butler service.


• The Garden Room
  Located on the ground floor, this room is ideal for cocktail parties. The views from the bay and bow windows look onto the Italian Gardens with period water fountain, making for a serene conference setting.


• The Syndicate Rooms
  Available on request, these rooms are located on the first floor. All have direct dial facilities and are
  ideal for interviews or one to one meetings.
