Balfour Castle is surrounded by 70 acres of private grounds that include
an
original Victorian walled kitchen garden where fruit and vegetables
are grown for the dinner table and picked fresh daily.
In the shelter of the trees and high walls, the garden produces wonderful fruit and vegetables, some under glass, providing a varied selection for the table.

Balfour Castle offers a set menu that changes daily. All freshly cooked meals are prepared by the highly experienced chef.
All meat and game is locally produced and fish and seafood come from clear Orkney Island Waters.
