The
next floor houses the master bedroom, with its magnificent four-poster
bed made by the Woodcarvers Guild. The large bathroom next door, with
roll-top bath and chaise longue in front of the fireplace, has two doors
and can either be treated as a private en-suite, or opened to all guests.
A washer/dryer has been installed in a laundry area, partitioned from
the main room. The original Mediaeval garderobe toilet has been left intact
(although a modern WC replaces it for practical purposes!).
On the third floor, under the roof beams, are two further bedrooms, one
with an elaborately carved four poster bed and wonderful views across
the sea, the other wi
th
antique pine twin beds. Both rooms have their own toilet and shower, with
the four poster room having exclusive en-suite access and the twin room
able to share facilities with the single bedroom upstairs.
