Whenever possible Blairquhan uses its
own produce - game and salmon from the estate and fruit from the
castle gardens. The Dining Room seats a maximum of 50.

the chef at the castle. Note that, once agreed upon, the whole party
have the same dish for each course. Vegetarian guests can be given
alternatives.
