he castle is the perfect location for your
wedding day. Treat your guests to the fabulous settings of a Medieval
castle, arrange to have the ceremony performed in front of the fireplace
in the great hall or on the rooftop with stunning views of the dramatic
Scottish landscape, over the Clyde estuary towards Arran. The rooftop
is only large enough for the bride, groom and the minister.
There is also a very generous parking area.
Castle Law is only available on an exclusive use
basis for wedding receptions. The cost of hiring the castle exclusively
would be £2,100 per night for self-catering accommodation.
Unfortunately, the castle would not be able
to organise a civil ceremony for you as currently they do not have
a civil wedding license. However, they do have a religious wedding
license. But they would be more than happy to provide you with contact
numbers for everything you would need.
