The Castle has been welcoming travellers to Taunton for a thousand years. Today, the feeling is more family and home than hotel and business. Every bedroom and suite is different – each individually decorated by Louise Chapman. Her theme is warmth and a sense of welcome, rather than anodyne designer chic. She wants you to throw off your shoes and put your feet up!
