Bedrooms
Every room is filled with historical artefacts and special touches, where you may even find a bathroom hidden behind a bookcase. The abbey has a total of 119 rooms, including Feature and Grand Feature rooms. The Crown rooms are elegantly designed and very comfortable, or you can treat yourself with one of the Feature rooms, many of which have four poster beds.
For a really special stay, there are 14 Grand Feature rooms, including the stunning Lady Craven and the truly elegant Chinoiserie. All rooms have full en-suite facilities, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, 24 hour room service and are non-smoking. An iron and ironing board can also be provided upon request.
Crown Bedchambers
The Crown rooms offer the wonderful atmosphere you would expect from staying in a converted abbey, with the highest levels of comfort. Even in the Crown rooms, you may find a feature bath in the corner of your room, or a particularly spectacular view across the extensive grounds.

Feature Bedchambers
The Feature rooms offer a chance to make your stay at Coombe Abbey even more special. Many of the rooms have four poster beds, Victorian baths, or lovely views across the grounds. You may even find little surprises like discovering your bathroom hidden behind a bookcase!

Grand Feature Bedchamber - Lady Craven Suite
One of the main Feature rooms, the Lady Craven Suite, takes its name from the family who owned the house for centuries. It boasts a magnificent four poster bed, topped with ostrich feathers, on a rasied area within the room. The split level bathroom enjoys the same stunning views as the bedroom, across the formal gardens and the lake.

Grand Feature Bedchamber - The Chinoiserie
The Chinoiserie takes an oriental theme and applies it in a way that only 'No Ordinary Hotels' can. The lavish furnishings offer great comfort. There's a roll top bath within the room, as well as a bathroom downstairs. The Chinoiserie also enjoys the best of views across the formal gardens and the lake.

Grand Feature Bedchamber - Princess Elizabeth
Taking its name from Princess Elizabeth, daughter of King James I, who stayed at Coombe Abbey in the early 17th century, this spectacular room enjoys views across the moat, a magnificent four poster bed, and a bathroom hidden away up a private staircase.
