THE ROOMS

The hotel's bedrooms, whether smaller or larger, are all furnished to the highest standards. You will find that every room is different and each has its own character. In addition, in all the rooms you will find fluffy company from Huggy Bear. We invite you to tour the rooms to find out which one would be your favourite!

The main room categories are: Principal, Deluxe and Standard Rooms. Included in those categories are three romantic Turret Rooms and a Four Poster Room.

The rooms with super kingsize beds (180 cm wide) are made as two singles, joined together. In some rooms the single beds may be separated if expressly requested.

In addition to facilities such as trouserpress, telephone, etc, all rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV and high speed Internet access (LAN) as standard. Also, to replenish vitamins and fluids, all rooms come standard with a bowl of fresh fruit and mineral water. Coffee and tea is freely available throughout the day.

The soft furnishings of the rooms with their earthy colours reflect the immediate environment of the house. The view from each of the rooms over the grounds, gardens and the softly rolling hills beyond is exceptional and will delight everyone, whether it is spring, summer, autumn or winter.

Beds are normally made with feather duvets and pillows. The tog rating of the duvets depends on the season. Should you, however, prefer blankets or non-allergenic duvets or pillows, please let us know and we will arrange for your bed to be made accordingly.

The pillows that are standard on the beds are of the firm variety. Should you wish to have a slightly softer pillow, again, please let us know and we will arrange for it to be changed.

The Deluxe and Principal Rooms offer you a very welcoming tray with a small and elegant Cringletie House decanter of whisky and sherry.

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms are comfortably warm and have a temperature controlled heated towel rail. Robes and slippers, fluffy towels and high quality luxurious Molten Brown toiletries are available for you to enjoy. Depending on the room of your choice, you will have either bath and shower, shower over bath or shower.

THE LIFT

The newly installed lift gives full access to all floors, apart from the top floor for which one has to climb half a flight of stairs (good for your appetite!).
