CORPORATE MEETINGS AND EVENTS
With state of the art audio visual equipment, it does not take long to transform a lounge into a meeting room. Depending on the number of delegates, both the Boardroom or the Maguire Room can be made available and, for the larger numbers, even the Conservatory.

Basically, you tell us what you would like or what you would need and the dedicated staff will make an itinerary that is totally and completely tailor made to suit all your wishes. For example, you have the flexibility of having just soup and sandwiches for lunch or a formal lunch in the Sutherland Room and, of course, anything else in between this spectrum. Coffee and/or tea can be served at a particular time or continuously; dinner can be served at any time and the chef will be able to structure the menu around your wishes.

If there is a need for total exclusivity and seclusion, then it will be possible to book the whole house.

WOLFE MURRAY ROOM
The Wolfe Murray Room is ideal for smaller board meetings or intensive strategy meetings.

With a large bay window overlooking the lawns and hills beyond, the Wolfe Murray Room is an intimate board room for up to 12 guests. It has a real fire and, although the room has natural day light, it still has a full black-out facility.

MAGUIRE ROOM
This charming, turreted room is located on the first floor and enjoys views over the woodland garden at the front of the house. For chilly winter days the fire will be lit. The vast windows let in natural day light in abundance but fully functioning shutters give a total blackout facility.

LIBRARY
The smallest of the Cringletie meeting rooms, the Library is ideal for small informal meetings and can be set with comfortable lounge furniture or with a more formal board room table. There is plenty of day light to enjoy and during the winter the real log fire will be lit.

CONSERVATORY
The Conservatory is the largest of the Cringletie meeting facilities. It is a bright, airy garden room which is ideal for theatre presentations or relaxed, informal sessions. This room does not have a blackout facility. It is located on the ground floor adjacent to the lounge bar.

24 HOUR DELEGATE RATE
The 24-hour Delegate Rate is from £170 per person, exclusive of VAT. The basic package includes:

Accommodation and breakfast
2 course lunch or soup and sandwich lunch

2 servings of tea/coffee

Use of meeting room and technical facilities
