CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS AT CULZEAN

The castle are keen to promote Culzean and develop relationships with the business community and would be pleased to offer an introductory package from £22.50* per day delegate.

 

This price includes exclusive use of Culzean’s conference facilities, with stunning views over the Firth of Clyde towards Arran.

HOSPITALITY TARIFF 2008/2009

Robert Adam’s magnificent cliff-top castle was built for David Kennedy, the 10th Earl of Cassillis, to entertain his friends in style. Today Culzean can be yours for a summer’s evening to entertain your friends in 18th-century elegance with superb views across the sea to the mountains of Arran.

 

From April to October, the castle is available for private hire from 4.30 pm. In winter, it can be available for functions throughout the day. Some rooms in the castle and other buildings around Culzean’s beautiful grounds can be hired at any time for a more self-contained event and at a more modest fee than that for the whole castle. The charges reflect the Trust’s primary purpose of conserving Culzean for people’s enjoyment, now and into the future.

AUDITORIUM

MARQUEE SITE FEE
For use of ground in front of castle - with Marquee being connected to castle ~ max 200 guests
Facility fee: £9,000+VAT

For use of ground at Events Field at the Home Farm ~ 300+ guests
Facility fee: £2,500+VAT

 

EVENT PLANNING

The castle can assist you in arranging every aspect
of a function to suit your particular requirements. Catering is provided by The National Trust for Scotland's recommended supplier, Nairns Anywhere.The General Manager of Nairns, Mr Brian Galbraith, can be contacted on 0141 77 88 300 ext 249 or by e-mail at brian@nairnsanywhere.com. Suggestion for music and light entertainment can be offered, including a pipe band, lone piper, clarsach player, string quartet, singers or Highland dancers.
