Fenton Tower is a private house and is let on a managed basis.

- 2 double-bedded rooms: The Carmichael and Ruthven Suites.
- 2 double/twin-bedded rooms: The Stewart and Erskine Suites.
- 2 twin-bedded rooms: The Garrett Suite and Seton Suites

All rooms include en suite or private bathrooms with powered shower, TV with DVD and individual satellite decoder, telephone and Internet point.

Dinner starts at 60 pounds per person, exclusive of VAT.

2010 Rates

Managed letting is based upon 150 pounds per person per night for bed and breakfast, exclusive of VAT (for a minimum of 6 guests).

Rates for corporate hospitality, special events, board meetings and film shoots are available on application. Christmas and New Year rates are available on application. Rates for various activities will be supplied at the time of booking.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total quantifiable cost to secure your booking. This is retained if your trip is shortened. If your trip is cancelled less than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival then you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your booking. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
