The new Cedars Restaurant combines easy-going elegance with a very modern sense of style. The dining room itself is quite stunning with its floor-to-ceiling, button-back upholstery and modern crystal light fixtures. Glass doors open onto a lovely slate terrace with outdoor seating—a delightful place to linger and admire the manicured lawns and woodland views that surround Solís Lough Eske Castle.

 

The castle's Executive Chef has created a tantalizing menu that features fresh, local ingredients, masterfully prepared. There are organic selections and local beef, superb Irish stew and fresh catches from nearby Killybegs, Ireland’s premier fishing port. And, of course, a wonderful collection of fine wines from Europe and the world.

 

The Spa

Spa Solís is your wonderful escape to a world of well-deserved pampering by the attentive staff and unique natural restorative therapies. Situated in the castle garden, the setting itself is refreshing and peaceful.

 

Spa Solís features eight treatment rooms, including two couples suites, a manicure/pedicure room and a thermal suite with hot bench, cold bench, steam sauna, luxury showers and more. The relaxation area is equipped with iPod docking stations and six designer beds that face into the courtyard. The fully equipped fitness centre includes high-tech treadmills, exercise bikes and other equipment. You are also invited you to take a dip in the spacious 12m indoor swimming pool with its beautiful glass atrium.
