David SENIA arrived in March 2011 and is the new Executive Chef in the Kitchens of Château de Bagnols.

Chef SENIA has worked in prestigious establishments throughout his career, beginning as Chef de Partie at the Oasis in La Napoule (2 Michelin macaroons), then at the Negresco in Nice (Michelin macaroons). He then led the kitchens in the Cruz del Mar gourmet restaurant in Spain in 1996.

In 1997, he became Head Chef at the Peninsula Hotel in the Philippines, and in 1999, Head Chef at the Ritz Carlton in Osaka, Japan, before opening his own French restaurant in Tokyo in 2006. 

Imposing a new style, Chef SENIA works with French regional and local produce, adding his own personal touch, drawing inspiration from his experiences abroad.

His cooking, always refined, combines beautiful presentation with divine taste.
