(1) Switch on the computer and log onto Celtic Castles to explore our exciting portfolio.

(2) Identify the castle(s) in which you would like to stay and then complete and submit a booking enquiry form for your chosen property(ies) or call a Castle Sales Advisor 7 days a week on +44 (0) 1422 323200 to check availability for your preferred dates.

(3) Celtic Castles will get back to you via email or telephone with details about room availability and pricing information (if applicable).

(4) Should you then wish to make a reservation, you will be asked to provide the transaction number for the gift voucher. All castles require credit card details to secure a booking. The credit card will only be debited in the event of you not arriving for your pre-booked accommodation.

(5) Celtic Castles will confirm your reservation with your chosen castle property and provide the castle with your voucher transaction number and your credit card details. They will also be provided with a reference number for your booking.

(6) Celtic Castles will then email you with confirmation of your booking including the reference number and the castle will also send confirmation directly to yourself.
