Wendy has been tutored by celebrated Italian chef Giancarlo Caldesi at his restaurant in London and before buying the castle Simon ran a modern British restaurant in London's Mayfair.
Acclaimed chef Justin Woods brings his international Michelin-starred experience to the castle to take the food and dining experience to a new level.
The dining room has been changed into a gorgeous new restaurant with exciting new menus. It is open each evening Tuesday to Saturday, with pizzas or the casual menu for residents only on Sunday and Monday nights.
The casual menu is also served every night as an alternative to the restaurant menu and it can even be brought to your room.
The Great British Bar is stocked entirely with drinks from Britain. From vodka, gin, whisky and liqueurs to cider, beer, juices and mixers, everything served in the Great British Bar will be from artisan, independent, British family owned producers. It has a full afternoon tea served daily in the sitting room, conservatory, drawing room and outside in the gardens.
