Welcome to Bonshaw Tower, 16th Century Scottish Border Peel Tower

Map

Bonshaw Tower has been the family seat of the Irving family for nearly 900 years. It is a magnificant example of a Scottish Border Peel Tower, built in the 16th century, remaining largely unaltered to the present day.

Situated in 20 acres of private mature gardens and ancient woodlands, Bonshaw Tower is a new, exclusive and exciting venue where you can enjoy the beautiful secluded gardens The Borders have to offer.

"An atmospheric 16th century Borders peel tower; I love the feel of this castle and it is a great place to host events. The tower is hidden in the trees with a large lawn and is located just 10 minutes from Smiths at Gretna Green. There are two very nice bedrooms; this is a great family-run property."
