Borthwick Castle is a magnificent 600-year-old castle, oozing Scottish history. Located just 12 miles from Edinburgh, it has been superbly refurbished, retaining every bit of its Medieval grandeur and atmosphere.
The castle is usually available only on a private, exclusive-use basis, but for a selection of dates this Autumn/Winter, you can experience sumptuous dinner before retiring to one of the castle's luxury bedchambers as part of the Autumn and Winter Dining Club Series.
The award winning Roux-trained chef, Derek Johnstone, has prepared five beautiful courses, using the very best of Scottish produce, favouring ingredients of the season.
Alongside the distinguished welcome cocktails and the exquisite wine pairings, the menu promises to be an occasion of culinary and social delight in one of Europe's premier castle keeps.
History tours will be offered to all guests, to begin in the State Room at 4pm.
