Walworth Castle takes great pride in the friendly atmopshere and great food, made with local produce, served throughout the castle; be it afternoon tea in the lounge or a hearty pie in the Farmer's Restaurant.

Farmer's Restaurant

The Farmer's Restaurant, located in what is part of the oldest part of the castle, serves home-made local produce at an excellent price. With an atmosphere similar to that of a traditional English pub, this informal setting is perfect for those looking to grab a bite to eat and enjoy some local ale.

The restaurant is open every lunchtime between 12pm-2pm, offering a wide selection of sandwiches, salads and home-cooked meals.

It is also open every evening between 5pm-9pm. Seasonal, local ingredients are used in the restaurant and everything is prepared in-house by the castle's team of chefs.

Afternoon Tea

What better way to spend your afternoon than sampling a traditional afternoon tea in an authentic 12th-century castle? Relax in the hotel's lounge and enjoy a delicious range of finger sandwiches, home-made cakes and scones.

"The excellent condition of the property, coupled with its setting and great staff, make it extraordinary. Finally, the on-site high quality dining and intimate pub atmosphere make this a completely fulfilling experience!"
