What it Includes...

30 December:

The Fonab Castle Reception and Concierge Team will be there to give a true Highland welcome, helping you settle in. To warm up from the cold, enjoy a glass of mulled wine and some cherry cake in the lounge overlooking Loch Faskcally.

Your evening dining will start in 1892 on the Loch, with Champagne and canapés at your table, followed by a four-course seasonal dinner.

New Year's Eve:

After breakfast, join the team on the lawn for some fresh air and discover the traditional art of Falconry between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm. To keep you warm, hot chocolate with a splash of your favourite tipple will be served to give you that warm fuzzy glow.

A light leisurely lunch will be served in 1892 on the Loch, before allowing you some time to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings of Fonab.

In the afternoon, between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm, pit yourself against your fellow guests, testing your skills in the laser clay pigeon shooting competition. There will be prizes!

Join the team on this special evening for a ‘Black Tie Gala Ball’ to welcome in the New Year in real style. Champagne and canapés, followed by an indulgent 6-course menu, prepared by the award-wining culinary team, will be served.

There will be an evening of musical entertainment, with a glass of Champagne and the resident Piper to welcome in the New Year the traditional way.

Dancing will continue until the small hours of the morning and, for the perfect finish, Scotch Pies and Stovies will be served, to end a fabulous evening!

New Year's Day:

After a full-on night of festivities and dancing, brunch will be served with all your breakfast favourites and some special dishes from the kitchen, so there will be no need to rush.

For all those who have partied too hard, Bloody Marys will be on hand to help pick you up.

Enjoy a leisurely afternoon, relax in the lounge with a good book and take in the views over the loch or why not venture into Pitlochry to enjoy the annual street party? Afterwards, the castle team will be providing a light afternoon tea, with an introduction to whisky from the castle's Whisky Ambassador.

After a day of fun and festivities, why not detox with a relaxing massage or pedicure? The Fonab Spa will be open for you to use and enjoy.

In the evening a four-course dinner will be served, before relaxing in the lounge or retiring to your room for your final evening.

2 January:

After breakfast, the Reception and Concierge Team will be on hand and will wish you a fond farewell.

Haste ye back!
