Enjoy the 6-course gourmet menu, created by Executive Chef David McCann and his team, with specially selected wines served with each course. Entertainment is provided by the castle's resident dance band, followed by a DJ until the small hours.

Dromoland Castle's New Year programme is not recommended for children under the age of 12 years.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your stay. Cancellation without further penalty is permitted up to 1 month prior to your arrival.
