Kinross House Christmas Package 2024

Kinross House was built in 1685, by Sir William Bruce, architect to King Charles II. The property was renovated by Donald Fothergill, who bought the property in 2011, with no expense spared.

Kinross House Estate provides the ideal setting for Christmas on the banks of Loch Leven in the Kinross-shire countryside, a fully-staffed retreat with plenty of space to gather up friends and family for a once-in-a-lifetime stay.

The dining table is set, fires are lit and the smell of pine needles and warm mince pies fills the room. Christmas at Kinross House is deeply special. Everything is taken care of; breakfast, lunch, and dinner with drinks included. A warm welcome awaits with a fully staffed team to keep the house looking immaculate and ensure your festivities are as special as possible.

• Up to 14 bedrooms to accommodate a maximum of 28 guests;
• Additional accommodation in The Coach House for 20 guests;

• All wines and drinks to be purchased from Kinross House lists.

The castle is available to hire for a minimum 5-night stay on an exclusive-let, catered basis, for up to 28 guests. Pricing available upon request.

The Coach House can sleep an additional 20 guests in 10 bedrooms, bringing the estate capacity up to 48.

A staffing surcharge will apply for bookings taking place over Christmas and New Year.
