Here is just some of the lovely feedback from guests who stayed in previous years...
"Most magical Christmas experience. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Such a beautiful relaxed holiday …..felt like I was visiting someone’s grand home as opposed to a hotel.. …with excellent hosts. Christmas stocking on door handle was an extra special touch. "
Maureen Rosamond, UK

"From the moment we arrived at reception, the staff were so attentive throughout our entire stay, they couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you wanted, they did their utmost to accommodate it. The food was excellent and very generous and met so many lovely guests and staff. The gardens and surroundings allowed for lovely walks to to take in the sights. The only downside for me was the room we had was a little on the tired side, could do with some updating. Overall we would definitely recommend."
Jeremy, UK

"Our stay lived up to every expectation! It was a truly romantic and beautiful setting accompanied by a cosy room and delicious food. But what truly stood out were the fantastic people. A testament to the Stonefield Castle is the number of visitors that come back every year for Christmas."
David Burrett, Australia

"On arrival we were warmly welcomed at reception, quickly followed by a festive mulled wine. All the staff were brilliant and attentive. The house was beautifully decorated and we felt very much at home. The food was excellent and well presented. Well done to everyone. I know there was a staff shortage and they all worked so hard with long hours to make sure the guests were happy. This is our second visit for the Christmas break and we were not disappointed."
Susan, UK

"Absolutely fabulous place, the staff were very friendly and helpful, went for lovely walks, the restaurant was stunning with fabulous views of the loch. If I had one complaint they had no kippers which I was really looking forward to." Christine, Spain

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was brilliant. I would happy recommend it to my friends, and I have!"
David, UK
