New Year's Eve
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant as anticipation builds for the evening's celebration;
- Late morning, step outside to the castle lawns for a spectacular falconry display, an experience once reserved for royalty. Watch these majestic birds in flight and, for those feeling adventurous, take part in the optional handling session for a truly unforgettable moment;
- As night falls, don your finest black tie and join the team for a glamorous Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a sumptuous five-course Gala Dinner by candlelight in the castle's elegant dining room;
- After dinner, make your way through the courtyard to the Tudor Hall for coffee and petits-fours, before the celebration truly comes to life with live music from a sensational four-piece band and DJ. Dance the night away beneath the vaulted ceilings, then step outside as the clock nears midnight;

Today, the 500 year-old castle with its beautiful oriel windows, Tudor hall and historic parkland is a place of tranquillity, with easy access from London. There has even been a vineyard within the castle walls for over 500 years, from which Thornbury Castle wine is still produced.
