Striking neo-Gothic castle stonework gives way to plush, elegant interiors, where historic charm meets modern comforts, offering discerning guests the ultimate indulgence. The medieval Great Hall’s distinct interior and atmosphere conjure historic intrigue, while the castle’s bar - with its 17th-century solid oak baulks salvaged from the shipwreck of the Spanish Armada - invites guests to take a cosy seat with a signature cocktail.

A generous, social space designed for relaxing and entertaining, flooded with natural light from tall, ornately dressed sash windows and a large mullioned bay window. The room features plenty of cosy seating and a grand, decadent chandelier suspended from a high, elaborately designed ceiling.

Library Restaurant

This elegant and atmospheric space can accommodate up to 45 guests for dinner and is reserved exclusively for your group during an exclusive-use stay. Step into a storybook setting, with rich wooden interiors, trailing ivy, and soft lamplight glimmering off ruby-red upholstery.

Banqueting Hall

This room can be configured in a variety of ways to complement your celebration and can host events up to 180 guests.

Great Hall

Beamed vaulted ceiling, wood-panelled walls and dramatic chandeliers set a medieval backdrop to your private stay.

Armada Bar
