Chateau Rhianfa is a Grade II-listed, fairy-tale hotel on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, in the heart of North Wales.
Built in 1849 by Sir John Hay Williams as a gift for his wife, Lady Sarah, it was inspired by the couple's travels in the Loire Valley and is perfectly positioned, overlooking the Menai Strait, to create the perfect backdrop for your wedding.
The function rooms are both exquisite and intimate, lavish and grand. Larger weddings take place in the splendour of The Banqueting Hall, while The Drawing Room is perfect for a more intimate event.
The dedicated and highly experienced wedding team will work with you to create the perfect day. They can help with all aspects of your wedding and put you in contact with the area's best suppliers. The team of Chefs bring together the best of local ingredients to create tantalising menus.
During the summer months, the elegant terrace offers uninterrupted views over the water and Snowdonia mountain range - a great spot for hosting a drinks' reception.

All the staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. It was a wonderful Christmas experience.
The entire stay was amazing. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic.
What a fabulous place! The chateau is beautiful and the gardens and view are spectacular. The staff are very attentive and go the extra mile to help. The rooms are lovely and in keeping with the character of the chateau. There is an excellent restaurant, lounge and bar. There is even a hidden "wine cave" for more intimate drinks. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back !!
Lovely place in a beautiful setting.
The Chateau and grounds were very impressive. However as a 4 star establishment it was more a positive 3 star plus but never a 4 star. The breakfast was a little short of average, giving half cut mushroom and half cut black pudding, 1 sausage and 1 slice of bacon, extremely small rounded hash browns and a small pot of baked beans. Staff were friendly and helpful.
