Whether you are looking for small executive meetings, or larger corporate gatherings, Coombe Abbey will impress and inspire your guests.
The historic Abbeygate can accommodate up to 140 delegates, with the elegant Cloisters, High Court and Centre Court able to hold up to 120 each.
Several other options are available, from the versatile Stuart Room, accommodating up to 60 delegates, down to the Griffin, with its wood-panelled walls, which is ideal for an intimate meeting for up to 8 people. For the largest of events, why not choose the permanent marquee, located on the East Terrace, accommodating up to 500 delegates.

We loved every second at Coombe Abbey! The property is outstanding, and the people were fantastic. We especially enjoyed punting with Anthony. (We understand he is not part of the hotel staff, but he added so much enthusiastic charm to our experience, you must keep him around.)

Dear Coombe Abbey Team, Thank you for hosting us during our recent stay at your beautiful property. There was much to appreciate about our visit. The hotel's stunning exterior, immaculate grounds, and exceptional staff created a wonderful first impression. The playground and walking paths were particularly delightful for my child, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property. I wanted to share some feedback about our experience. Our initial room unfortunately had some cleanliness concerns, including bird droppings on the window sills and dark marks on the fabric headboard. The room was also quite dusty, which triggered my daughter's allergies during our stay. However, when a plumbing leak from the room above flooded our bathroom, your staff's response was exemplary. They handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, relocating us to the beautiful Juliette suite, which completely resolved our concerns and elevated our experience. The dining was very good overall. We did encounter one challenging moment when a medical emergency occurred near our table in the glass garden room, which was naturally distressing for my child. We understand this was an unavoidable situation, and we were able to talk through it together afterward. Despite the initial challenges, our stay concluded on a very positive note thanks to your staff's excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Colombe Abbey is obviously beautiful. We enjoyed our brief stay very much. I think the best feature is the garden. It is a feast for the eyes, especially when the swans decide to make an appearance. The bathroom needed a few repairs and the furniture a little refreshing. I highly recommend the experience of staying at the Abbey.
