Function room layouts
- The Garden Room - a striking Victorian-inspired private space, ideal for meetings, workshops or private dining for up to 24 guests.
- The Study - an intimate first-floor room accommodating up to 10 guests, offering a calm and characterful setting for smaller meetings and discussions.
- The Drawing Room - the largest private space, featuring a grand bay window and open fireplace. Elegant and light-filled, it’s ideal for presentations, receptions and private events for up to 50 guests.
- The Glasshouse Restaurant - a bright conservatory-style restaurant blending indoor elegance with views across the grounds. Available for exclusive use events for up to 70 guests.
- The Billiards Room - an atmospheric and eclectic space designed for informal gatherings, drinks receptions and networking events.

Dining at Cromlix celebrates the very best of Scottish produce, with seasonal menus crafted using locally sourced ingredients and produce from trusted artisan suppliers.
Executive Head Chef Darin Campbell, and the culinary team, create refined yet approachable dining experiences tailored to your event, while the sommelier-curated wine selection complements every occasion.

Prices
Cromlix offers flexible meeting packages designed to suit a variety of requirements.
Day Delegate Package
From £87 per person (minimum six guests)
Includes:
Meeting room hire from 9 am to 5 pm;
Arrival tea, coffee and breakfast pastries;
Mid-morning refreshments and snacks;
Two-course lunch or working buffet;
Afternoon tea, coffee and homemade baking;
Complimentary Wi-Fi;
Stationery, flipcharts, and meeting essentials.
Additional breakout spaces are available upon request.
The 24-Hour Delegate Package
Combine business with an overnight stay in one of the individually designed bedrooms. Guests can enjoy dinner, a restful stay and a full Scottish breakfast the following morning.
Accommodation rates start from £310 per person, subject to availability and seasonality.
Bespoke packages incorporating accommodation, dining and team-building activities are also available.
Exclusive Use
Enjoy complete privacy with exclusive hire of the estate, including the house, gardens and grounds.
Exclusive use includes:
- Exclusive access from 12 noon on arrival day until 11 am the following morning;
- 19 luxury bedrooms and suites;
- Self-contained Laurel Gate Lodge;
- Full Scottish breakfast for all guests;
- 34 acres of gardens, woodland and grounds;
- Dedicated events planner and personalised support.
Exclusive use packages are available from £22,000 per night, with a two-night minimum stay on Saturdays.
