Set within 34 acres of enchanting woodland, rolling farmland and beautifully kept grounds, Cromlix invites you to step outside and explore at your own pace. Sweeping lawns and winding pathways lead you through a landscape designed for slow discovery, where every turn reveals a new corner of serenity.

History

There’s little known about Cromlix before the 15th century, though evidence of an earlier population living in the area has been found, including some stone cists (coffins) 500 yards west of the house.

Just 2 miles from Dunblane and its direct rail links to Glasgow (around 40 minutes) and Edinburgh (just over an hour), it’s perfectly placed for effortless travel. Stirling is only 10 miles away, while both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are within an hour’s drive.

Guests can enjoy peaceful walks, historic castles, whisky distilleries and the dramatic landscapes of the Trossachs and Perthshire all within easy reach.
