Overnight Accommodation

Sleeps 23 guests in 12 rooms

Set within a breathtaking private estate at the foot of the Malvern Hills, Eastnor Castle offers a rare opportunity to host your event in complete privacy, where heritage, landscape and exceptional service come together seamlessly.

Your guests will be welcomed not into a conference centre, but into a remarkable family home, rich in history and character. Surrounded by 5,000 acres of unspoilt countryside, the setting invites clarity, creativity and connection.

Despite its sense of escape, Eastnor Castle remains remarkably well connected. Just minutes away from the motorway network, and within easy reach of major cities including London, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester, it offers the perfect balance between accessibility and privacy.

Your guests will arrive with ease, and leave feeling a world away from everyday.

The castle

From the moment of arrival, everything is thoughtfully considered. A dedicated corporate team works discreetly behind the scenes, ensuring your event unfolds effortlessly, allowing you to focus entirely on your guest and your objectives.

Meetings and Events

Every event at Eastnor is entirely bespoke.

The castle’s elegant interior provides a collection of adaptable spaces, equally suited to strategic board meetings, large-scale conferences, product launches, and private presentations. Each room retains its historic charm while offering the technology and flexibility expected of a modern corporate venue.

Natural light, grand proportions, and refined surroundings create an environment that feels inspiring, comfortable and professional, without ever feeling impersonal.

From the dramatic scale of the Great Hall to the more intimate atmosphere of the State Dining Room, each area offers its own distinct sense of occasion.

Each space flows naturally into the next, allowing your event to evolve throughout the day with ease.

Facility’s highlights:

  • The Great Hall welcomes larger gatherings in an unforgettable setting.
  • The State Dining Room offers elegance for formal occasions.
  • The Gothic Drawing Room and Octagon Room provide more intimate environments.

Dining

Dining at Eastnor Castle is never simply a meal, it is part of the experience.

Whether you are hosting a formal dinner, entertaining valued clients, or bringing colleagues together, every detail is carefully curated. Candlelit tables, polished silver, and seasonal menus create an atmosphere that is both refined and welcoming.

For larger occasions, the experience extends beyond the castle walls. Drinks' receptions in the State Rooms can lead seamlessly into marquee dining beside the lake, where the landscape becomes part of the occasion.

The result is relaxed, elegant, and entirely memorable.

What to expect:

  • Seasonal menus crafted from the finest local produce.
  • A carefully curated wine selection.
  • Bespoke entertainment and live music options.

Team Building

Beyond the castle doors lies a vast and varied estate - an environment perfectly suited to meaningful team experiences.

Woodland, hills, lakes and open ground provide a natural playground for activities that encourage collaboration, problem-solving and shared achievement.

Whether high-energy or creatively-focused, each programme is designed to bring people together in a way that feels engaging rather than forced.

There is a sense of freedom here that is difficult to replicate; space to think, to move, and to reconnect as a team.

Experiences with Character

Activities at Eastnor are chosen not just for entertainment, but for the way they bring people together.

From the precision of clay-shooting to the adventures of off-road driving, from the quiet focus of archery to the unexpected humour of sheepdog trials, each experience adds a different dimension to your event.

For something more creative, hands-on workshops offer a chance to step away from the days agenda and engage in something entirely different.

Accommodation

For those who wish to extend the experience, Eastnor offers a limited collection of beautifully appointed bedrooms within the castle itself, along with charming cottages across the estate.

Each space reflects the same attention to detail found throughout the castle, comfortable, elegant and quietly luxurious.

Additional accommodation can be arranged nearby, ensuring flexibility for larger groups.

Accommodation highlights:

  • Twelve individually designed bedrooms within the castle.
  • Three high-specification holiday cottages on the estate.

Additional premium accommodation can be arranged locally for larger groups
