We loved it. Staff were very friendly, helpful and fun. We really enjoyed all tbe activities which were created to help us get to know all the history and layout of Fonab Castle, involved interacting with staff and other guests. Falconry, quizz and Loch dip was awesome. New Year Hogmany gala dinner and dance was fantastic. Our top compliments go to Paul Tyrell (head chef) and his team - in incredible quality of food, design, textures and presentation. Superb! Thank You Joanne and Fonab Castle.

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we pulled up with the welcome of bagpipes and drum playing 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas' to singing carols and enjoying the charm of Pitlochry, it truly was a lovely holiday away! It was the ultimate in comfort and service. Johanna and her staff were very helpful and attentive. The Christmas package was generous and all the details appreciated. Our favorite activity was the falconry exhibit on Boxing Day. We're so grateful to have had such a nice Christmas away from home.

Great location. Lots of walking paths around the loch and into town. The swimming pool and hot tubs were also great at the end of the day. The only thing to add is to let people that stay there at Christmas that come by rail do not have transportation to House of Bruar which was on the iterniary.

Christmas Stay. Room was excellent, and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Dining room service was not up to 5 star, and particularly we had to wait 50 minutes for the first course of our Christmas lunch to be served. The Falconry display was excellent, and the Port tasting good, but limited (sponsored by Sandemans?).

Flawless and Stunning service. The staff were superb and faultless. Spectacular views, beautiful hotel, delicious food. I liked the sheet on the history from Arthur and everyone was friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend it highly enough. ??????????
