We felt truly spoiled by the friendly staff in the amazing hotel.
We had a two day stay and from the very first moments when we arrived it was magical . Two employees came to our car one got the luggage to take to our room . The other showed us around the castle , confirmed our reservations for dinner and explained what activities were available to us. The room was exquisitely furnished and spotless.Every one of the staff was extremely pleasant. Thank you so very much .
