Kilkea Castle has a number of stunning locations on-site.
The Baronial Hall has elegant chandeliers, amazing traditional feature stonework and a beautiful drinks' reception area to greet your guests. Ideal for wedding parties of up to 270 guests.
For a more intimate wedding, couples choose Restaurant 1180 which can accommodate up to 60 guests. This private dining-room overlooks the castle gardens and has exquisite natural light.
Hermione's Restaurant is an experience like no other on the estate. With light charging through the venue, it looks over the golf course's 9th hole, the parkland, and beyond the castle. The restaurant has space to cater to 120 guests for pre or post-wedding events.

The chefs are passionate about quality, freshness, and mouth-watering presentation. If you have any special requirements, the team will happily discuss a variety of options with you.
Accommodation
The castle is home to jaw-dropping suites, including the FitzGerald Suite, which is located in the round tower, and boasts a free-standing bath and fantastic views of the estate. There's also the beautiful Willow Lodge, a two-bedroomed Bridal Lodge with a makeup room for the bride staying the night before the wedding.
There are 131 bedrooms in total with options to appeal to all tastes and budgets. Your guests can choose from a luxurious Castle Room, a nearby Carriage Room, or a Self-Catering Lodge.
All guests can enjoy the challenging 18-hole Golf Course, the luxurious Spa and the Tennis Courts.

Ismael greeted us with open arms and gave us all of the info that we needed. Our room looking out at the golf course was lovely. The food for dinner was tasty but the breakfast was outstanding!
The castle and grounds are absolutely stunning. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! They made every effort to make our stay magical and we couldn't be happier or more grateful!
