• Arrive from 2.30 pm and settle into your beautifully appointed room or suite, where your Hogmanay celebrations begin;
• Enjoy afternoon tea with freshly baked scones in one of the castle's opulent lounges beside the gentle glow of a roaring fire;
• Take time to explore the estate, unwind, and settle in as you prepare for a New Year celebration like no other!
• As evening falls, step into the elegance of Trocadero's and savour a refined three-course dinner at your leisure. Overseen by the legendary chef Michel Roux, at Trocadero's the beat of live music fills the room as you sip playful pours and taste exquisite food.

New Year's Eve

• Begin the day with a full Scottish breakfast in Foveran's Resataurant, with light refreshments available throughout the day;
• Enjoy a leisurely day exploring, or simply find a quiet corner to chat to your friends and fellow guests and relax in the warmth of the castle;
• As night falls, you are warmly welcomed to a Champagne reception from 7 pm, before proceeding to the magnificent Roosevelt Ballroom for the Hogmanay Gala Ball;
• Delight in a carefully curated five-course dining experience, followed by an evening of dancing to a live band from 10 pm;
• At the stroke of midnight, welcome the New Year beneath a dazzling firework display, before enjoying a traditional late supper.

New Year's Day

• Greet 2027 with a leisurely brunch served into the early afternoon, accompanied by live entertainment from the renowned Geo Gospel Choir and DJ;
• Spend the day at your own pace, explore the estate's scenic grounds or unwind fireside in serene comfort;
• In the evening, enjoy a final, memorable dinner in Trocadero's at a time to suit you.

2 January

• Conclude your stay with a final breakfast before bidding a fond farewell, taking with you treasured memories of a truly exceptional Hogmanay celebration.
