• Your Hogmanay celebration begins with a warm Scottish welcome to Dalhousie Castle. As you arrive the stirring sound of bagpipes sets the tone, while mulled wine and mince pies await;
• Settle into the festivities with a seasonal afternoon tea in the elegant Ramsay Suite, before joining the resident historian in the atmospheric Chapel for an enchanting storytelling session, bringing the castle's past to life;
• As evening falls, gather in the grand Alexander Bar for a drinks reception featuring seasonal cocktails, an oyster station and delicious canapés. Continue the evening with an exceptional festive dinner before retiring to your room, where a thoughtful turndown gift awaits;
• Throughout the day, enjoy a guided castle tour and take time to discover the history, character and unique atmosphere of Dalhousie Castle.

Hogmanay - 31 December

• Begin the final day of the year with a leisurely Scottish breakfast, featuring festive favourites and seasonal touches;
• Then, embrace the great outdoors with a morning of activities, including laser clay-shooting and a thrilling falconry experience in the castle grounds, before returning to the warmth of the castle for a delicious traditional carvery lunch in the atmospheric Dungeon Restaurant;
• As evening approaches, it's time to dress to impress. Begin the night with a black-tie drinks reception in the Alexander Bar, where seasonal cocktails, live music and a special gifting moment set the scene for the celebrations ahead;
• Take your seat for a spectacular seven-course Hogmanay Gala Dinner in the Ramsey Suite, followed by a traditional Scottish Ceilidh. Raise a glass, take to the dance floor and celebrate the very best of Scottish tradition as the final hours of the year unfold;
• As midnight approaches, gather outside the castle to welcome the New Year in spectacular style. Watch the night sky come alive with a magnificent fireworks display, accompanied by a celebratory glass of fizz as you toast to the year ahead;
• Return to your room after an unforgettable evening, where a thoughtful turndown gift awaits, the perfect final touch to a magical Hogmanay celebration.

New Year's Day - 1 January

• Ease into the New Year with a leisurely breakfast, giving you the perfect start to a relaxed and celebratory day at the castle;
• Continue the celebrations with traditional Highland Games on the castle lawn, followed by a live cooking demonstration and a special lunch inspired by the occasion;
• In the afternoon, discover the spirit and heritage of Scotland with a curated whisky-tasting experience in the atmospheric Library, showcasing a selection of Scotland's finest drams;
• As evening falls, gather in the main bar for a drinks' reception featuring seasonal cocktails, before joining the team for a 'Toast to Scotland', a sumptuous Scottish-inspired dinner celebrating national heritage and traditions, complete with the time-honoured 'Address to the Haggis'.

2 January - Fond Farewells

• Enjoy a final Scottish breakfast before bidding farewell to Dalhousie Castle.
