Hogmanay - 31 December
- Begin the final day of the year with a leisurely Scottish breakfast, featuring festive favourites and seasonal touches;
- Then, embrace the great outdoors with a morning of activities, including laser clay-shooting and a thrilling falconry experience in the castle grounds, before returning to the warmth of the castle for a delicious traditional carvery lunch in the atmospheric Dungeon Restaurant;

- Take your seat for a spectacular seven-course Hogmanay Gala Dinner in the Ramsey Suite, followed by a traditional Scottish Ceilidh. Raise a glass, take to the dance floor and celebrate the very best of Scottish tradition as the final hours of the year unfold;
- As midnight approaches, gather outside the castle to welcome the New Year in spectacular style. Watch the night sky come alive with a magnificent fireworks display, accompanied by a celebratory glass of fizz as you toast to the year ahead;
- Return to your room after an unforgettable evening, where a thoughtful turndown gift awaits, the perfect final touch to a magical Hogmanay celebration.
New Year's Day - 1 January

- Continue the celebrations with traditional Highland Games on the castle lawn, followed by a live cooking demonstration and a special lunch inspired by the occasion;
