Medieval Knight's Banquet

Step back in time and celebrate New Year's Eve like 16th-century kings and queens in the majestic Barons Hall.

Enjoy a spectacular five-course banquet accompanied by entertainment from the Lords and Ladies of the Court. Raise a goblet of wine and mead before welcoming 2027 with bagpipes and a traditional dram of whisky at midnight.

Then, when the feast is over, take to the dancefloor and party until 2 am.

Arrive at 7.30 pm where your evening includes:

• Bagpipe arrival in the inner courtyard;
• Lords and Ladies of the Court entertainment;
• Five-course banquet;
• One glass of red wine;
• One glass of mead;
• One glass of whisky;
• Disco until close.

Party with The All Seasons

If live music and dancing are more your style, welcome 2027 with The All Seasons, the ultimate Jersey Boys tribute band.

Enjoy all the classic hits of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, followed by a lively party set packed with dancefloor favourites. With delicious food, live entertainment and a countdown to midnight, it's the perfect way to celebrate with friends and family.

Arrive at 6.30 pm where your evening includes:

• Four-course dinner;
• Reception drink on arrival;
• Live entertainment from The All Seasons;
• DJ and disco to finish;
• Midnight countdown.
