New Year’s Eve

• On arrival, be welcomed in the Library with a spread of festive treats and warming mulled wine;
• Relax in the Barossa Bar, or join local artist Pauline Smith (Art by Po) for a festive ceramics session from 3 pm to 5 pm;
• The hotel’s expert Sommelier will also be on hand to showcase special Champagnes and assist in selecting the perfect wines for your evening;
• The celebrations kick off with a pre-dinner glass of chilled Champagne and hand-crafted canapés in the Barossa Bar, before being piped into a tantalizing five-course tasting menu in the Lynedoch Suite;
• After dinner, dance the night away with live music from the Hogmanay Band, Strike a Chord, mingling with fellow guests at tables set in true party style;
• Cap off the night with a late-night feast in Cairns Restaurant.

New Year's Day

• Wake up to the highlight of your stay - the New Year’s Day brunch in Eólas, featuring a lavish spread including a caviar station, carved gammon, smoked salmon and more. The Bloody Mary station will be on hand ready to kickstart your day;
• Take time to relax by the log fires or blow away the cobwebs with a walk up to the iconic Lynedoch Monument, enjoying panoramic views across the Strathmore Hills;
• End the day with a relaxed dinner in Cairns Restaurant from 6 pm, perfect for unwinding after a fun festive start to the year.

2 January 2026

• Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast, then try your hand at the ‘Beat the Pro’ golf simulator challenge before bidding farewell to Murrayshall with fond memories.
