- Arrive at your leisure and settle into the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the castle. Relax in one of the inviting lounges beside a cosy log fire, enjoy a board game, or take time exploring the enchanting castle grounds;
- Your beautifully appointed bedchamber will be ready from 3 pm, although early arrivals are warmly welcomed to begin enjoying the castle's hospitality;
- Dress for the occasion this evening in elegant black-tie attire. and join your fellow guests for a glamorous Champagne reception with canapés in the castle lounges;
- Indulge in a decadent five-course gala dinner served by candlelight in the magnificent Tudor Hall;
- The celebrations continue with live entertainment from a fantastic band and DJ. Dance the night away and enjoy a vibrant evening of music and celebration;
- As midnight approaches and you get ready to welcome 2027, a traditional piper will lead guests outdoors for a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the castle sky;
- As the music draws to a close, retire to your bedchamber to reflect on a truly unforgettable New Year's celebration.
New Year's Day 2027
- Ease into the first morning of the year with a relaxed brunch, featuring favourites such as steak and eggs, roast salmon and a classic Bloody Mary - with or without the Vodka kick!
- Step onto the castle lawns for a captivating falconry display, a pastime once enjoyed by royalty. Watch these magnificent birds of prey in action and, for those who wish, take part in the optional hands-on handling experience;
- Relax in the castle lounges with a traditional cream tea accompanied by a glass of Champagne - the perfect way to enjoy a leisurely New Year afternoon;
- As night falls, enjoy a relaxed three-course dinner in the restaurant, served at pre-allocated dining times. Whether you choose to unwind by the fire, retreat to your luxurious room or socialise with fellow guests, the evening is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
2 January
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant from 7.30 am and savour the final moments of your castle stay, before being wished farewell, and safe journey home.
Guests wishing to extend their stay are warmly invited to remain a little longer and continue enjoying the castle's timeless charm.

There has even been a vineyard within the castle walls for over 500 years, from which Thornbury Castle wine is still produced.
