Each January, Burns Night brings together fine food, whisky, poetry and music in a cherished celebration of Scottish culture and heritage.

The castle's two-night Burns Night House Party offers an immersive and elegant Scottish experience, culminating in the Grand Burns Banquet on Saturday evening. Guests are treated to an exclusive whisky tour and tasting at Bladnoch Distillery, stirring bagpipe performances, the traditional 'Address to the Haggis', and a four-course Scottish dinner, paired with fine wines. The evening ends with a lively ceilidh, guided by professional callers.

During the stay, guests can explore the beauty of Burns Country, visit the poet's childhood home at Burns Cottage and the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, and enjoy the castle's 110 acres of gardens and estate grounds — all in the warmth and luxury of one of Scotland's finest castle hotels.
