Christmas Eve

• Your festive escape begins with a warm Welsh welcome as you arrive at the château;
• Once settled into your elegant room, join the team between 2 pm and 4 pm for a delightful cream tea with traditional Christmas cake, served in the lounges overlooking the Menai Straits and the majestic mountains beyond. The resident pianist will provide a gentle soundtrack to the afternoon, setting the tone for the celebrations ahead;
• As evening falls, relax with a sparkling festive cocktail before being invited to the Dragon Rouge Restaurant for a beautifully prepared dinner crafted by the talented chefs;
• For guests wishing to attend Midnight Mass at local churches, a warm welcome awaits your return, with mulled wine and mince pies served beside the roaring fire in the Drawing Room.

Christmas Day

• Awaken to the magic of Christmas morning and begin your day with a hearty Welsh breakfast;
• At 12.30 pm, enjoy a glass of Champagne accompanied by the enchanting melodies of the resident harpist, followed by a traditional four-course Christmas Day lunch, a feast worthy of the season;
• The afternoon is yours to savour at leisure;
• From 4 pm, gather in the lounges for freshly brewed tea or coffee by the fire. Challenge loved ones to a board game, raise a favourite festive tipple, or simply relax and bask in the joy of the day;
• In the evening, a relaxed buffet supper will be served in the Morning Room, a cosy and informal close to a truly special Christmas Day.

Boxing Day

• Begin with a leisurely breakfast brunch served from 9 am, then embrace a day of pure relaxation or gentle adventure;
• Explore the breath-taking beauty of the surrounding coastline, discover local wildlife, or curl up with a good book beside a crackling fire and let the outside world drift away;
• As dusk settles, join the team for a sumptuous seasonal buffet prepared by the Head Chef and team, accompanied by light entertainment - the perfect finale to your magical Christmas at the château.
