• As the day gently winds down, a cold evening buffet awaits for those wishing to continue their culinary journey.

Boxing Day

• Enjoy a leisurely continental breakfast at your own pace in Foveran's;
• Make the most of the Bloody Mary station before you continue the festivities with an all-you-can-eat brunch in the Grand Roosevelt Ballroom, accompanied by live entertainment;
