• Begin your Christmas at Dalhousie with a warm Scottish welcome. As you arrive at the castle, the stirring sound of bagpipes sets the scene, while mulled wine and freshly baked mince pies await;
• Settle into the festivities with a seasonal afternoon tea in the elegant Ramsay Suite, before joining the resident historian in the atmospheric Chapel for an enchanting storytelling session, bringing the castle's past to life;
• As evening falls, join the team in the grand Alexander Bar for a festive drinks reception, accompanied by delicious canapés and seasonal favourites, before sitting down to a sumptuous first festive dinner;
• The magic continues with traditional carol singing and a special visit from Santa, before retiring to your room for the evening, where a thoughtful turndown gift and festive touches await.

Christmas Day

• Wake on Christmas morning to the traditional Scottish breakfast, with festive favourites and celebratory seasonal touches;
• With the bar opening from 10 am, the Christmas Day celebrations begin in earnest before gathering for a spectacular five-course Christmas lunch, served in the magnificent surroundings of the castle;
• Spend the afternoon discovering the flavours and heritage of Scotland with a guided whisky-tasting in the atmospheric Library, followed by time to relax with a festive film screening;
• As evening arrives, an elegant Christmas buffet is served, bringing together traditional favourites and seasonal delights. Then, return to your room to find another thoughtful turndown gift, adding a little extra magic to your Christmas evening.

Boxing Day

• Enjoy a leisurely festive breakfast, with seasonal favourites and refreshing choices to set you up for the day ahead;
• Then embrace the great outdoors with a morning of festive activities, including laser clay-pigeon shooting and an exhilarating falconry experience in the grounds;
• Return to the warmth of the castle for a delicious carvery lunch, served in the atmospheric Dungeon Restaurant;
• This evening, it's time to dress to impress. Join the team for a black-tie drinks reception, complete with festive cocktails and live music, before taking your seat for a spectacular seven-course gala dinner in the flagship Ramsay Restaurant set within the castle's magnificent Ballroom;
• As the evening unfolds, take to the floor for a traditional Scottish Ceilidh, the perfect way to celebrate together and make memories that will last long after Christmas;
• Before retiring for the evening, enjoy a special gifting moment to bring the festive celebrations to a memorable close.
