Arrival Day: 22 December 2026

• Arrive in time for a cream tea, with a pot of mulled wine in the lounge, then get settled in, relax by the fire, or enjoy exploring the Dalmunzie Estate;
• Learn about the local gin by taking part in a Persie Gin-tasting session before enjoying a festive evening buffet.

23 December 2026

• Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then try your hand at clay-pigeon shooting on the front lawn;
• Warm up with a soup and sandwich lunch served in the lounge then enjoy meeting your fellow guests;
• In the evening. a fabulous four-course supper will be served, followed by relaxed entertainment from Scottish acoustic musicians.

24 December 2026

• Start the day with a full breakfast, then head out for some last-minute shopping in Braemar;
• Afternoon tea will be served upon your return, followed by some time to relax;
• Finish Christmas Eve with a four-course supper and Carol singing.

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas!

• Santa always finds his way to Dalmunzie, so watch out for that extra present outside your door;
• Enjoy a full Scottish Christmas breakfast with a glass of fizz, then relax by the fire with family and friends and enjoy your Christmas gifts;
• Join the team for a Champagne reception followed by a traditional five-course Christmas lunch;
• The evening begins with a Christmas quiz, followed by a simple evening buffet for those who have room.

26 December 2026

• A slightly later Scottish breakfast awaits with a “Persie Gin Bloody Mary” followed by an early afternoon falconry display;
• Pie, mash & gravy will be served in the lounge, then spend time relaxing and enjoying board games with new-found friends;
• A four-course supper will be served later in the evening.

27 December 2026

• A final Scottish breakfast will be served from 8 am - 9.45 am, before a fond farewell…. Haste Ye Back!ll!

"I stayed at Dalmunzie Castle for the Christmas Package. All I can say is that it was fantastic. The hotel is set in some wonderful countryside surrounded by hills and rivers. The staff were friendly and attentive, as well as working extra hard when serving meals. The provided entertainment was first class. Of course, no Christmas stay would be complete without food, and this exceeded my expectations. The choice was enormous, the portions were large, it was cooked to perfection, and presented in such a way to rival anything produced on MasterChef. I have spent many Christmases away from home in both the UK and abroad and this has been the best in terms of an all-round package. Great work Dalmunzie! "
